Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, email address.
• Customer transactions: series settings, content you create, credit transactions.
• Social media: Instagram account ID, username, post insights.
• Transaction security: session logs, a hash of your IP address, audit logs.
• Marketing (only with your permission): waitlist and survey answers.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed to provide the service, produce and publish content, and for security and support, on the legal grounds of entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, where needed, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Transfers

As far as needed to provide the service, your data may be transferred to: Anthropic (text generation), ElevenLabs (voiceovers), Meta Platforms (Instagram publishing), our hosting provider (to be confirmed) and our email provider (to be confirmed). International transfers will be carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.

How data is collected

Your data is collected electronically through website and app forms, the Instagram connection and cookies.

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it's transferred,
• To ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, and for data to be deleted where the conditions are met,
• To object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
