ReplyHook

The video gets watched, a comment comes in, a DM goes out

SeriHook makes and posts the series. Our sister product, ReplyHook, catches the keyword under the video and sends that person an automatic DM.

A four-step funnel

  1. 01

    Video

The episode ends with a CTA inviting viewers to comment a keyword.

  2. 02

    Comment

A viewer comments the episode's keyword, like “GUIDE”.

  3. 03

    DM

ReplyHook catches the comment and sends the prepared message and link.

  4. 04

    Click

Link clicks are added to the episode's analytics, so you see which episodes bring in business.

How do the two products connect?

  1. 01

    During planning

Each episode gets a CTA keyword and a draft DM. You can edit both.

  2. 02

    At publish time

When the episode goes live, the keyword and DM become a ReplyHook rule tied to that video.

  3. 03

    After publishing

DMs sent and link clicks show up next to the episode in SeriHook analytics.

The ReplyHook integration will roll out gradually during the beta. A shared account (single sign-on) is coming later.

Not using ReplyHook?

No problem. SeriHook still drafts the DM text for every episode. Use the “Copy DM text” button in the panel and send it to commenters yourself.
