Terms of use

The service

SeriHook produces series plans, scripts, voiceovers and videos, and publishes the videos you approve to Instagram. The service is provided by: [Company name — to be confirmed].

The beta

The service is currently in an invite-only beta. Features may change, and you may experience outages and bugs. During the beta the service is free and a monthly video quota applies.

Your account

• You must give accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure; don't share your password.
• You may only connect Instagram accounts you're authorised to manage.

Your content and responsibility

You're responsible for the content you create and publish. AI can produce incorrect or incomplete information, so you need to check each episode before it's published. That's why the approval step is on by default.

Content that violates the acceptable use policy can't be produced; if it is, we may remove it or suspend the account.

Intellectual property

Usage rights to the content you create belong to you, within applicable law and our providers' terms. The SeriHook software, design and brand belong to us.

Instagram connection

We connect to Instagram only through Meta's official API. Following Instagram's rules is your responsibility. Published posts are labelled as made with AI.

Credits and fees

Actions cost credits. No payments are taken during the beta. When paid packages launch, prices and terms will be announced separately and your consent will be asked for.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We can't be held responsible for outages at Instagram or other providers, or for reach or engagement results. The scope of these limitations will be confirmed during legal review.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. If these terms are breached, we may suspend or close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts will be confirmed during legal review.
